Project Overview
Subscribfy is a Shopify-native membership platform that helps brands turn one-time customers into loyal, high-value members.
I was tasked with creating a 60-second motion graphics video that explains the product, highlights its AI-powered features, and persuades eCommerce brands to adopt paid memberships.
The result is a polished, data-driven, premium-style explainer video used across Subscribfy’s marketing, sales, and onboarding channels.

The Challenge
Most eCommerce merchants rely on discounts and ads, leading to:
- Low customer retention
- Unpredictable month-to-month revenue
- Shoppers who buy once and disappear
Subscribfy solves this with AI-powered paid memberships — but they needed a video that:
- Educates merchants
- Communicates the value simply
- Feels premium and trustworthy
- Matches the quality of their platform..


The Solution
I created a high-impact motion explainer highlighting:
- How Subscribfy membership programs work
- Why members have 100%+ higher lifetime value after 12 months
- How the AI co-pilot predicts churn and identifies revenue opportunities
- How performance metrics are delivered automatically to Slack & email
- The white-glove onboarding and strategy support brands receive
- Real success stories from top Shopify Plus brands
This helped Subscribfy position themselves as the future of eCommerce retention.
